If you are not familiar with same-day couriers, much of what you have read about our services on other pages of this website may be confusing. Even if you have used a same-day courier before, there are substantial differences in how each courier operates and what services they offer.

The best way to find out how Priority can help is to give us a call. You won’t be forced to navigate through an automated telephone system. We won’t waste your time by telling you how important your call is to us while you are trying to figure out how to reach a real person.

Our dispatchers can answer most questions about our services and rates. They will give you instant credit if you need to ship that day. We will follow up later with the new account paperwork.

Often a customer’s shipping needs are unique enough that the dispatcher will forward your call to either Curt or Jeff. One of us will work with you to find the best combination of price and service to meet your shipping requirements. We strive to adapt our services to your needs, rather than you adapting to ours.
